Bed and Breakfast (B&B) at Elm Tree Lodge - a high quality guesthouse in Keswick

We have 2 double en-suite rooms, a twin en-suite room and a double room with a private luxury bathroom. The en-suites are equipped with showers, heated towel rails, huge mirrors and shaver sockets. The double room with private luxury bathroom has a hand basin in the room and exclusive use of a bathroom equipped with a modern walk in shower with a vertical shower tower that has double shower heads and twin body jets.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities provided as standard, along with a television and hair dryer and there are also chests of drawers, bed side cabinets and hanging rails.

From January 7th to March 14th 2008 and from 1st to the 23rd Dec you can stay 4 nights for the price of 3 (excluding weekends and half term). So that means you can stay from Sunday evening to Thursday morning, or Monday evening to Friday morning, for as little as £97.50 per person (based on double occupancy and subject to availability).

Add an extra night to a weekend booking for only £20.00pp (Jan 7th until March 17th 2008 / the whole of June 2008 / Dec 1st until Dec 21st (based on a double occupancy and subject to availability)).

Prices are per person per night on a bed and breakfast basis.

Due to popularity we can only accept a minimum of a two night booking at weekends and a 3 night booking for bank holidays. At other times there is a single night supplement of £5pp.

£50 is charged at weekends and bank holidays for single occupancy (although late bookings may qualify for a discount - please call and enquire about availability). At other times single occupancy is £45.

A 30% deposit will be charged to your credit card to secure your booking. You may pay the balance by credit card, cash or a cheque with a valid bankers card.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the card details that were given for the initial deposit.

Cancellation Policy

A booking is a contract. We reserve the right to charge the first night's stay on any cancelled booking.

The full amount of any stay will be charged if less than two weeks' notice is given of cancellation.

To that end we would always advise that you take out holiday insurance to protect you against any cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
